Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

During peak seasons, sales events, or holidays, processing times may extend to 3-7 business days.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Time

After processing, orders are shipped and typically delivered within 5–15 business days (excluding holidays and weekends).

Please note that shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Delays & Disclaimer

While we work closely with our logistics partners to ensure timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

  • Carrier delays or logistical issues
  • High shipping volumes during peak seasons
  • Customs delays (if applicable)
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information

We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 2–5 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If an order is returned due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience an issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. However, we are happy to assist you in filing a claim when possible.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Due to our fast processing times, we cannot guarantee order changes or cancellations once an order has been placed. Please contact us immediately if you need assistance.

Refused or Unclaimed Packages

If a package is refused at delivery or not claimed/picked up after being made available by the carrier (including missed delivery attempts or failure to collect from a local facility), the order will be considered voluntarily rejected by the customer.

  • The customer will not be eligible for a full refund
  • All original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • A $5 restocking fee will be deducted from any eligible refund
  • Any return shipping or carrier fees incurred may also be deducted

Refunds (if applicable) will only be processed once the item has been successfully returned to our facility.

By placing an order, you agree to accept delivery and/or promptly retrieve your package when notified by the shipping carrier.

Failure to do so constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Split Shipments

In some cases, orders may be shipped separately depending on product availability and warehouse location. This helps ensure faster delivery.
